Trane Technologies is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support daily supply chain operations in the Grand Rapids yard. You will plan outbound shipments, track orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient and safe movement of finished goods.

You will collaborate with yard, shipping, and inventory teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with 1–3 years in logistics and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, shipping/receiving, or related roles.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate outbound shipments and transport schedules.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation (bills of lading, PODs, ship dates).
• Track orders and shipments in yard and logistics systems; ensure accuracy of trailers and inventory.
• Coordinate with yard, shipping, and logistics teams on shipment status and inventory locations.
• Audit and archive shipping records to comply with standards and regulations.
• Support inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in finished goods flow.
