The role emphasizes continuous improvement and operating with KPI focus, collaborating with the Logistics Manager to meet service standards. Salary is $65,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus; schedule: Wed–Sat 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; benefits include health, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer service specifications.
• Provide orientation and development for team members; coach and counsel as needed.
• Ensure health & safety and security practices are followed.
