Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Services Coordinator to support the RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at the Troy Hill Campus, Elkridge and Halethorpe, Maryland locations. The role involves tracking and verifying materials, processing receipts, and coordinating deliveries with the Government Property warehouse.

The candidate must have a High School diploma or GED with 2 years in receiving/logistics, be able to obtain a forklift license, lift up to 50 lbs, and secure a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics or similar role
• Able to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license
• Experience and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
• Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors
• Process Material Receipts, verifies documents, and reports discrepancies in GOLDesp
• Coordinate deliveries and material requests with the Government Property warehouse
• Execute process compliance during internal and external audits
