Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Mississippi seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support manufacturing and logistics within the Supply Chain process. The role covers manual movement, shipping/receiving, and inventory coordination onsite at Iuka, MS, on the D shift: weekend nights, 3 twelve-hour shifts.

The candidate will work across multiple disciplines, assist with invoicing, and ensure materials are ready for Quality inspection.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain SAP clearance.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Preparing and coordinating required shipping documentation.
Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
Monitoring receipt of items and maintaining shipment/receiving records.
Assist Accounts Payable by providing shipment information.
Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
Ordering of needed shipping supplies.
Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
