Randstad is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator in Massachusetts to manage transportation, scheduling, and data integrity within NetSuite, coordinating between the facility, 3PL partners, and customers. The role emphasizes process improvements and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in logistics or operations, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong Excel skills. On-site work with regular warehouse interaction, salary $60,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations (food/beverage or manufacturing preferred).
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data exports/imports).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound/inbound shipments with carriers and 3PL partners.
• Manage delivery/pickup schedules to meet production timelines and customer needs.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays, shortages, or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and update transportation/dock schedules.
• Perform regular data entry, cleanup, and validation to support reporting.
• Summarize operational findings for management decision-making.
