Job summary

Randstad USA in Massachusetts seeks a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage daily transportation, logistics, and scheduling to move products between our facility, 3PL partners, and customers. This role relies on NetSuite data integrity and regular reporting to improve processes.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams and carriers to keep shipments on time. The position requires 2+ years in logistics, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data exports/imports).
• Excellent organization, detail-oriented, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound/inbound shipments with carriers and 3PL partners (including cold storage).
• Manage delivery/pickup schedules to meet production timelines and customer needs.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays, shortages, or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and update transportation/dock schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory shipped to and from the facility.
