Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Entry level position with focus on organization and reliability.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profiles and enter loads into Freight Optimizer.
• Update account managers on problem loads and status.
• Monitor daily pickups/deliveries and ensure on-time arrival.
• Take driver calls and verify load data before marking delivered.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages, and document findings.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept/decline loads as directed.
• Provide clear routing directions to drivers.
