Job summary

Oatey, a longtime plumbing products leader headquartered in Cleveland, seeks a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to schedule and deploy customer orders. You will coordinate with our DC team and transportation providers to meet on-time delivery goals and respond to urgent shipments.

Requirements include 1 year in logistics, WMS familiarity, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and proficient Excel/Word skills. Oatey offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience in supply-chain/logistics.
• Basic understanding of OSHA and DOT rules, and safety policies.
• Proficient in PC applications including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upfront scheduling of work and deployment of orders to shipping locations.
• Confirm orders and schedule pickups for large customers; maintain on-time performance metrics.
• Deploy orders from mainframe WMS to shipping system to ensure smooth flow to sites.
• Plan export shipments and ensure proper documentation and shipping rules.
• Daily deploy Hot Rush shipments and ensure same-day release of orders.
