Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Alabama is seeking a Traffic Clerk for the 2nd shift. You will schedule inbound and outbound freight, coordinating with customer service, client representatives, and trucking firms to maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of shipping and receiving documents, maintaining data records, and assisting in training new associates while upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Onsite role with full benefi ts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a traffic or logistics role.
• Experience with shipping documents and warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacity.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (B.O.L.).
• Coordinate with customer service, client representatives, and drivers.
• Gather and maintain data and records related to shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly dock area and assist training new associates.
