Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Traffic Clerk to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on scheduling truck deliveries and pickups, coordinating drivers, and ensuring timely, accurate shipping documents.

The incumbent will work closely with customer service and carrier partners, maintain records, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support warehouse operations and capacity
• Coordinate drivers, equipment and freight to maintain high service levels
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and on time
• Assist in maintaining facility security and housekeeping
• Assist in training new associates
