LOGISTICS/SC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Finance)

Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all aspects of the buildings, equipment, and grounds, excluding major repairs and renovations. Maintain operational parameters and control operating costs. Exhibit general maintenance knowledge and provide service to all aspects of the facility. Coordinate with management on safety protocols for all associates and the community, especially during emergencies involving federal regulated processes. Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in distribution or manufacturing
  • 7+ years of proven maintenance experience with technical expertise
  • 2+ years of team or project leadership experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, comprehension, and operational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS
  • Ability to coach and train others
  • Understanding of industry/technical terms and processes
  • General maintenance knowledge for repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and mechanical skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • Experience with electric and general mechanical systems
  • Proactive maintenance management skills
  • Ability to conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs
  • Collaboration with planners and schedulers to ensure preventive maintenance
