Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
• 3+ years of warehouse coordination or shipping experience.
• Strong ERP and WMS proficiency.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using SAP and WMS.
• Manage dock schedules and driver assignments.
• Ensure accurate posting of shipping and receiving transactions.
• Maintain customer inventories and responsive communication.
• Track trailer movements and yard priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors.
• Ensure proper paperwork and regulatory compliance.
