Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments in a warehouse setting near Buffalo.

You will coordinate dock scheduling, driver assignments, and data integrity across SAP and WMS while maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance. The role requires 3+ years in logistics, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping/receiving.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, matching orders to shipments and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Own dock scheduling and manage driver assignments to optimize flow and labor use.
• Post shipping/receiving transactions accurately and maintain data integrity across SAP, WMS, and customer systems.
• Update customer inventories in external/vendor portals and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Track trailer movements and prioritise inventory for production needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase throughput.
• Ensure all shipments have required paperwork and comply with regulations.
