Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive in Hodgkins, IL to drive logistics revenue and customer service for assigned shows.

You will maintain inbound shipment tracking and coordinate sales and marketing efforts with the Logistics Manager and center leadership. The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and a proven sales background, with experience in the convention or transportation sector preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with proven sales experience.
• Strong customer focus and client service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Proficient with data entry and MS Office programs.
• Two+ years in a customer service environment preferred.
• Previous convention industry and transportation service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking and auditing of inbound GES Logistics shipments.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts.
• Distribute Logistics marketing flyers on the show floor.
• Provide quotes for freight shipments to potential logistics customers.
• Assist with freight outbound functions.
• Provide customer service pre-show, on-site, and post-show.
• Support consistent sales and marketing efforts pre-show, on-site, and post-show.
• Comply with all National Logistics guidelines.
• Comply with accounting, invoicing and logistics procedures.
