MegaCorp Logistics Internship program offers hands-on experience in sales within a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will participate in a structured 6-week sales program, learning lead generation, discovery, solution development, and closing steps with mentor guidance.

You'll help build client relationships, support operations, and assist in rate negotiations as you gain real-world logistics experience alongside experienced broker teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Foster Relationships: Help build and nurture relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
• Assist with Operations Management: Support the operations team in monitoring carrier performance and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating rates and terms with guidance from senior team members.
