Job summary

Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is offering a 10-week paid internship in Chicago focused on developing sales skills within our logistics team.

You will gain hands-on experience by working on real-world client opportunities, paired with a mentor from our Sales team, and exposure to the full process of becoming a rock star sales rep. You will spend the summer learning the logistics industry, building relationships with clients and carriers, and collaborating across teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and manage account relationships.
• Profile and analyze accounts to generate opportunities and overcome objections.
• Present the value of Echo’s services to clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure world-class customer service on every shipment.
• Work with teammates to prioritize and service customers promptly.
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time performance and issue resolution.
