Responsibilities

• Act as an essential resource for customers, helping ship freight.
• Develop a portfolio of clients by cold calling using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close the deal.
• Manage client service issues to the point of resolution.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers.
• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to bring in more business.
