Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Redlands location. Shift: 11:30AM–8:00PM. Direct hire with full benefits.

Responsibilities include coordinating all return shipments, reviewing daily return reports, organizing the return area, and prioritizing loads to maximize trailer capacity. You will liaise with corporate personnel and assist with customer service issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; 35+ wpm typing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all return shipments on a daily basis.
• Review daily return report and POD on dock report.
• Organize the return area so every shipment is identifiable.
• Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
• Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Help with customer service issues as they arise.
• Other duties as requested.
