Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for the day shift (Mon-Fri). The role involves scheduling, receiving, inspecting, and shipping raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse, with emphasis on accuracy and safe operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Supply Chain, QA for nonconformances, and operating Forklift and related equipment. Strong teamwork, detail orientation and document handling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Familiarity with transportation scheduling or dispatch systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed documentation.
• Motivated self-starter, time management and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries based on priority, dock space, and final storage space.
• Inspect shipments to ensure quality specifications are within standard.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to handle nonconformances and damaged material.
• Review deliveries and materials against Bills of Materials and receive as inventory.
• Operate forklift, clamp truck, and slip sheet to move materials within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to schedule transfers from other Rockline facilities.
