Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound movements, data entry, and dock operations. You will work with carriers, verify driver paperwork, and help ensure accurate order release from the warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to use a WMS, and strong teamwork. Shifts are 6am-4:30pm, full-time, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with carriers and internal teams.
• Familiar with packing slips and interpreting customer documentation.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) to track goods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers about inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter product data into the WMS accurately from paperwork.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors.
• Maintain knowledge of product location within the warehouse for dock planning.
• Identify and report issues to the warehouse to support planning.
• Generate bill documentation and ensure drivers have correct paperwork.
• Report overages/shortages/defects per customer requirements.
• Assist in posting inbound and outbound shipments with customer accounts.
