Job summary

Amentum in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a material handling associate to support receipt and shipping, ensuring items meet customer requirements. You may operate material handling equipment and read blueprints under supervision.

The role requires reading specifications, preparing labels, and generating basic reports while following safety and quality policies. Some shifts and travel may be required in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months general work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain MHE license within 30 days of selection.
• Security clearance may be required.
• Position may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, inspect, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read specifications and photographs as required.
• Load material on/off skids, pallets, stands and prepare labels.
• Input data to automated systems and operate receiving/shipping duties.
• Operate tools and equipment as assigned and maintain equipment as needed.
