Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Team Lead in a warehouse setting requiring leadership of Shipping/Receiving clerks, material handlers, forklift operators, shippers, packers, and stock clerks. The role reports to a supervisor or manager and emphasizes adherence to storage plans and efficient material flow.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six to twelve months related experience or training.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing duties following the storage plan.
• Inventory and report deterioration or damage.
• Move materials from storage and prepare for shipment.
• Operate hand or power trucks as needed.
• Verify materials against documents; route and store per procedures.
• Make detailed work allocations as instructed.
• Provide accurate information to team members under supervision.
• Interpret information, answer questions, review work, and solve routine issues.
• Avoid supervisory prerogatives; no hiring/firing authority.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
