Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a warehouse receiving associate to handle scanning, labeling, and receipt of inbound materials. You will work closely with inventory control and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate receiving and allocation.

The role involves troubleshooting SAP-related discrepancies, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safety and productivity standards across campuses. High school diploma required; 2+ years warehousing preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehousing experience is preferred or required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate at the Bronze level or higher.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand held scanning device, computer, or tablet.
• Identify all items with appropriate receiving documents and labels.
• Notify procurement or shipper of any discrepancies on packing lists.
• Maintain open communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve any errors and exceptions in the system (SAP) that revolve around receiving and allocation.
• Perform to established methods and standards; meeting or exceeding safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor all “hot” material movement between campuses and ensure all transactions are completed.
• Allocate inbound materials to their proper location including the warehouse, assembly line, and additional locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
