Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Augusta, GA. The role focuses on accurate inbound material handling, barcode scanning, and ensuring proper labeling and packing documentation.

You will work with inventory control and manufacturing teams, troubleshoot SAP-related issues, and support loading/unloading of trucks while maintaining safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ACT WorkKeys Bronze+ or higher.
• 2+ years warehousing experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld scanner, computer, or tablet.
• Identify items with receiving documents and labels.
• Notify procurement or shipper of discrepancies on packing lists.
• Maintain communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.
• Troubleshoot SAP receiving/allocation errors.
• Meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor hot material movement between campuses and ensure transactions are completed.
• Allocate inbound materials to proper locations (warehouse, assembly line, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
