Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage furnishings, window treatments, equipment, and appliances for SCPs and executive residences in privatized housing. The role covers logistics, warehousing, and preventive maintenance to keep government-furnished properties in top condition.

Key duties include overseeing delivery, installation, minor repairs, and disposal of furnishings, with a focus on maintaining equipment per manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in managing preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment and furnishings.
• Ability to maintain appliances such as ice makers, refrigerators, trash compactors, and instant hot water dispensers.
• Strong understanding of maintenance schedules and manufacturer specifications.
• Experience documenting and reporting maintenance issues, property loss, or abuse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, installation, and disposal of furnishings and equipment for SCPs and executive residences.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and minor repairs of government-furnished properties.
• Ensure government-owned equipment remains in optimal condition through regular servicing.
• Document and report maintenance issues and property discrepancies to government representatives.
