Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management (kit parts, kits, labels, shipment materials).
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Print labels and create label packets.
• Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
• Complete kit and shipper builds and QC of builds.
• Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
• Data entry for kitting activities.
• Create kit build and order documentation.
