Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support project management and kit/logistics teams in Exton, PA. Responsibilities include inventory control, label creation, shipment scheduling, and data entry for kitting activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management including kit parts, kits, labels, and shipment materials.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Print labels and create label packets.
• Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
• Complete kit and shipper builds.
• Complete QC of kit builds.
• Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
• Data entry for kitting activities.
• Creation of kit build and order documentation.
