CDW is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to own the end-to-end logistics program, coordinating hardware lifecycle, inventory, and customer delivery needs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant operations.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of operational principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.
  • Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Overall program logistics ownership.
  • Meeting coordination and note taking.
  • Hardware lifecycle management.
  • Asset and inventory tracking (lifecycle HW tracking).
  • Hardware forecasting and PO review/approval.
  • Customer delivery requirement management and escalation handling.
  • RMA coordination and change management.
  • Status reporting and risk management.
  • Escalations POC for customers and internal teams.
