Job summary

CDW is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to own and drive all logistics aspects of complex hardware programs. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage inventory and asset tracking, forecast hardware needs, review POs, and ensure customer delivery requirements are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies; strong leadership.
• Deep understanding of operational principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• COM and PMP certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies is a plus.

The Logistics Project Manager provides overall program logistics ownership and serves as the primary point of contact for logistics operations, hardware lifecycle management, inventory oversight, customer delivery requirements, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and escalation management.

What We Expect of You

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Deep understanding of operational principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.
• Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.

Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and skill set.
