Job summary

Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is hiring a Sr. Logistics Analyst to support FAA Navigation Programs in a hybrid Rosslyn, VA to Washington, DC role.

The role focuses on NSN‑driven materiel management and lifecycle logistics, collaborating with the FAA Logistics Center, CAVES, and vendors to ensure timely asset deployment. The candidate will manage inventory, generate detailed program logistics insights, and guide senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management and Materiel Management.
• Deep understanding of the entire logistics lifecycle process.
• Direct, hands-on NSN experience is highly valued.
• Know‑how of FAA’s AMS, LCSS, and CWP is required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central hub for the Navigation Program’s equipment lifecycle.
• Process shipping requests to move assets to implementation locations by required dates.
• Manage and control specific categories of nationally furnished project materiel.
• Monitor inventory and ensure real‑time asset availability in the system.
• Drive program planning and perform detailed logistics data analysis.
• Coordinate operations across FAA HQ, regional offices, CAVES, vendors and personnel.
• Prepare detailed logistics reports and executive briefings.
