Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Coordinator for an on-site Pittsburgh role. You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to convert demand into a procurement plan and keep ERP data current to ensure material availability for production builds.

You will coordinate schedule impacts from late deliveries, run demand-related metrics, and collaborate with IT on process improvements. Requires 2–3 years in materials planning and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a materials planning role.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to formulate and execute ad hoc analyses.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to understand demand.
• Convert demand into a procurement plan.
• Keep ERP data up to date and ensure material availability for production builds.
• Coordinate and resolve schedule impacts caused by late material deliveries.
• Organize and maintain regular reviews with procurement on delivery status and performance.
• Perform clear to build assessments on production schedules.
• Maintain and report on demand-related metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and other business stakeholders on planning process and system improvements.
