Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Logistics Process & Improvement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in a hybrid role, split between Racine, WI, and Oak Brook, IL. The position focuses on analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes across the organization to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and lead continuous improvement projects with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, process improvement, analytics, or project management.
• Experience with SAP EWM in use and implementation.
• Lean, Six Sigma, WCM, or similar CI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and drive measurable results.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting tools, and measurement systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Support business system enhancements, testing activities, and solution validation.
