• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance and/or logistics.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with cost-modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic mindset aligning pricing with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation and drayage data to support pricing, bids, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for TL, dedicated fleets, and drayage.
• Analyze cost drivers like linehaul, fuel, accessorials, chassis, and port fees.
• Track key truckload and drayage metrics (moves, miles, turns, dwell time).
• Perform lane, customer, profitability, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, data analyst, carrier procurement, and finance teams.
• Build pricing tools (Excel, SQL, Python, BI) to standardize rate calculations.
• Evaluate drayage market dynamics and incorporate into pricing strategies.
• Maintain pricing templates, bid files, assumptions, and docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
