Job summary

JAS Worldwide is seeking a Sales Pricing Analyst in Chicago. The role involves assisting the Regional Sales Support Manager, leading ad hoc quote requests, and producing internal and external quotes with timely responsiveness to meet KPIs.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in a sales-oriented role, and operational freight/logistics experience. Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel is required, with Cargowise a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics – handling air and/or ocean shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI.
• Cargowise knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal skills.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory (i.e., Customs) law, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver quotes for clients; internal and external.
• Assist Regional Sales Support Manager and lead ad hoc quote requests.
• Monitor quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion.
• Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business.
• Ensure adherence to productivity standards, KPIs and success ratios set by sales leadership.
