Job summary

US Foods, via its Gampac Logistics division, is seeking an Associate Pricing Analyst in Rosemont, IL. This hybrid role blends on-site work 1–2 times per year with remote work, and focuses on analyzing data to craft pricing proposals for internal teams.

A pricing database will also be maintained for opportunities, submissions and awards. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts), keen attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, economics, finance or related field, or equivalent experience required
• 0-1 years of experience in transportation pricing, carrier sales or procurement (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tableau a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current database of customer and carrier contract rates and shipping lane details
• Perform pricing calculations using established data inputs to determine baseline costs
• Maintain awareness of market trends and pricing strategies to validate data
• Organize and prioritize pricing requests to meet deadlines
• Prepare and submit final versions of pricing requests to customers
• Create and analyze business intelligence reports
• Participate in pricing discussions with sales, operations and other stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by manager
