NRS, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst in Lyndhurst, NJ to provide analytical and decision-support for pricing, bids, and RFP responses. You will build pricing models and collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement to align costs with market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of finance and/or logistics experience.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority management.
• Proficient in Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation and drayage data to support pricing, bids, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for TL, dedicated fleets, and drayage operations.
• Analyze cost drivers (linehaul, fuel, accessorials, chassis, port fees, driver costs) for pricing.
• Track truckload/drayage metrics (moves, miles, turns, dwell, utilization, cost per load).
• Perform lane, customer, profitability, and variance analyses to identify margins.
• Collaborate with operations, data analysts, carrier procurement, and finance to validate assumptions.
• Build scalable pricing tools (Excel, SQL, Python, BI) to standardize rate calculations.
• Incorporate market dynamics (port congestion, rail ramps) into pricing strategies.
• Maintain pricing templates, bid files, and supporting docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
