You will participate in team huddles, shadow leaders, perform load coverage work, analyze margins, and contribute to carrier outreach and rate management while developing professional skills and a network of mentors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PowerLink team huddles to review margin performance, lane volume, and service updates.
• Shadow PowerLink leaders to learn pricing strategies, market dynamics, and carrier negotiations.
• Execute core workflows such as load coverage verification, carrier outreach, and tracking power-only assets.
• Develop relationships with external carriers to provide consistent capacity.
• Analyze booking lead times and carrier acceptance to evaluate pre-booking impact on margins.
• Support capacity sourcing initiatives, carrier onboarding outreach, and incentive program tracking.
• Manage load creation, rate management and documentation.
