Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and aptitude for data‑driven problem solving.
• Strong communication skills for negotiating with carriers and collaborating across internal teams.
• High attention to detail when validating load documentation, rate confirmations, and compliance data.

Responsibilities

• Participating in PowerLink team huddles to review margin performance, lane volume, and service updates.
• Shadowing PowerLink leaders to learn real-time pricing strategies, spot market dynamics, and carrier negotiations.
• Executing core operational workflows such as load coverage verification, carrier outreach, and tracking power-only assets.
• Developing relationships with outside carriers that will provide consistent Capacity to support our needs.
• Analyzing booking lead times and carrier acceptance rates to evaluate pre-booking impact on lane margins.
• Supporting PowerLink capacity sourcing initiatives, carrier onboarding outreach, and incentive program tracking.
• Managing load creation, rate management and documentation.
