Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in New Jersey to manage shipping, receiving, storing, distribution and order fulfilment. You will execute the daily distribution plan, coordinate inter-facility transfers, and analyze data to identify planning issues.

You will collaborate with the SIOP team to review KPIs, support continuous improvement, and assist with aged inventory and internal sales orders. This role emphasizes data accuracy and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics coordination, supply chain planning or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems for planning inputs and material movements.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily distribution plan within the MRP system on time.
• Coordinate inter-facility material movements and monitor transfers.
• Analyze distribution data and MRP updates to identify issues.
• Collaborate with SIOP team to review KPIs and participate in discussions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Assist Inventory Control Specialist with aging inventory actions.
• Create and process internal sales orders between entities.
