Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of experience in Transportation or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation planning with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain freight estimates, logistics plans and cost tracking.
• Optimize orders and shipments using the TMS for on-time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between internal groups and carriers.
• Monitor ERP, TMS, and project systems for data synchronization.
• Lead carrier performance management and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and EHS directives.
• Own on-time pickup/delivery and manage vessel RFQ/award and billing.
• Work onsite five days a week.
