Job summary

The candidate should have 2+ years in logistics-related functions and strong communication skills. The position requires in-office work 5 days a week with potential for ongoing process improvement initiatives and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transportation, Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning, Deployment/Replenishment Planning, or related functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and logistics with the LPM and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain freight estimates, logistics plan and cost tracking.
• Ensure orders/shipments are optimized via the TMS and client tools.
• Facilitate communication between internal groups and external carriers to meet service levels.
• Monitor data flows between ERP, TMS, and project management systems for successful execution.
