GE Vernova is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation and related logistics for goods and services, coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure service levels and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in transportation or logistics planning. In-office work is required five days a week, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in Transportation/Logistics Planning or related fields is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Logistics Project Manager and supply chain teams to optimize daily transportation and shipment planning.
• Maintain project freight estimates, logistics plans, and cost tracking.
• Ensure orders and shipments are optimized via the TMS and ERP systems.
• Coordinate between internal groups and external carriers to meet service levels and on-time delivery.
• Monitor data flows between ERP, TMS, and project management systems for synchronization.
• Identify capacity gaps and work with Transportation Capacity Planning to address them.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and document/report performance.
• Take ownership of execution and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
