What You Will Do :

QTS Data Centers is expanding its supply chain capabilities. The Logistics Planner will manage order creation, changes, and execution across our warehouse network and project sites nationwide, primarily using the Oracle System.

The role involves coordinating equipment delivery for projects, ensuring timely and accurate logistics, and resolving issues related to order creation and execution. You will work closely with internal teams and onsite personnel to ensure project success through effective logistics management.

This role requires a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, with strong emotional intelligence and self-motivation. Influencing and energizing stakeholders towards common goals will be key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Generate transfer, inbound, and outbound orders in Oracle for warehouse execution.
• Coordinate with upstream and project site leaders to ensure accurate material requests and order planning based on inventory data.
• Ensure accurate shipment tracking and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Understand onsite equipment needs and validate against current ship dates and reservations.
• Identify risks and delays, and communicate them to leadership.
• Assist in evaluating and adjusting equipment allocations based on risks and priorities.
• Document and improve business processes within Oracle.
• Establish metrics and reports to monitor and improve equipment delivery.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management, especially inbound/outbound operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office suites.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with PowerBI.
• Knowledge of data center design and construction is a plus.
