What You Will Do: QTS is expanding its supply chain capabilities. The Logistics Planner will manage order creation, changes, and execution between our warehouse network and project sites nationwide, primarily using the Oracle System. You will coordinate equipment delivery, collaborate with internal teams and onsite personnel, and ensure timely, accurate logistics operations to support project success.

This role requires a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, demonstrating emotional intelligence and self-motivation. Influencing and energizing stakeholders towards shared goals will be key to your success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate transfer, inbound, and outbound orders in Oracle for warehouse execution.
• Coordinate with upstream and project site leaders to ensure accurate material requests and order planning based on inventory data in Oracle.
• Track shipments and communicate updates proactively.
• Understand equipment needs and validate against inventory reservations.
• Identify risks and delays, communicating with leadership for resolution.
• Assist in evaluating and adjusting equipment allocations based on priorities.
• Document and improve business processes within Oracle.
• Establish metrics and reports to monitor delivery performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management, especially inbound/outbound operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office suites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI.
• Knowledge of data center design and construction is advantageous.
