Responsibilities

High-Volume Inbound Support: Manage incoming customer calls regarding commercial orders, pricing, scheduling, and delivery status updates.
Order Management: Accurately enter, modify, and process customer orders across multiple software platforms.
Logistics Tracking: Monitor live dashboards to track deliveries, fleet spacing, and order timing.
Omnichannel Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with dispatchers and shipping to keep orders on schedule and resolve issues.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and procedures.
