Qualifications

• General understanding of the transportation industry.

• 2–3 years logistics/transportation experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a professional business environment.
• Recent phone-based communication experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Create orders and shipments in the LMS using customer load information.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments via phone, email, or websites.
• Reschedule delivery and pickup appointments when needed.
• Verify emails containing customer information changes.
• Ensure LMS data matches customer websites.
• Assist Customer and Carrier Sales with tasks.
• Meet productivity goals (e.g., shipments entered, calls made).
• Support routing, dispatch, and traffic duties as needed.
• Develop relationships with shipping/receiving locations.
• Assist team members and managers with related duties.
