Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer.
• Manage load information and pickup/delivery times.
• Track driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Provide on-time delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Document shipment delays and issues.
• Update TMS logs with communications.
• Identify load issues and implement solutions.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
