Job summary

Hermès of Paris is seeking a Distribution Service Coordinator at our Dayton, NJ distribution center. You will provide exceptional order-status updates from inception to delivery, liaising with internal and external clients via Outlook, TEAMS, phone, and our systems.

You’ll support boutique needs while ensuring timely, accurate processing of orders. The role requires 1-2 years in a similar role, strong Excel capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including extended holiday hours.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming order requests from internal and external clients.
• Offer substitutions when items are unavailable or out of stock.
• Process stock orders and confirm ETA for delivery.
• Review back-order reports and communicate delivery status.
• Coordinate start ship and cancel dates with Dayton distribution center.
• Review and correct order confirmations in EDI with item data.
• Issue Return Authorizations (RA) as needed.
• Prepare Loans and ITS documents for Dayton warehouse.
• Create and review key department reports.
• Assist with inbound Hermes shipments from France to Dayton.
• Process Cegid replenishment requests weekly.
