Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Springfield, MO to manage shipping fulfillment and ensure product movement to distribution centers. You will communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal customers to resolve shipping, visibility, and costing issues while supporting the Transportation Management Team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation administrative support.
• Knowledge of transportation and/or route planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution to shipping related issues for internal customers, vendors and carriers.
• Coordinate and resolve delivery problems, authorize shipment booking and pickup, track shipments via TMS.
• Expedite shipments and set up returns for refused shipments to ensure cost-efficient service.
• Collect carrier data for scorecarding and service level reporting.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets for management review using cost data and rate charts.
• Assist vendors and internal teams with visibility and costing to facilitate transportation processes.
