Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead up to 50 associates in receiving, picking, packing and shipping within our distribution environment. You will drive process improvements, manage costs, and promote safety across the team.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years in distribution operations, plus experience with warehouse software such as Manhattan WMS. This is a full-time on-site role based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in distribution operations.
• Experience with warehouse management software and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 50 associates.
• Improve process efficiency and cost performance.
• Coach, train and mentor staff for ongoing development.
• Administer annual associate performance evaluations.
• Monitor labor productivity and KPIs against goals.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Ensure safety leadership and compliance.
• Know and apply Warehouse Control/Order Management systems.
• Support scheduling, expediting, and planning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
